Reporting to the National Retail Services Manager, the Technical Retail Sales Manager is responsible for expanding Savant's home automation,lighting and audio/video business through the company's current and future Retail channels.
This role will call for assisting and working closely (day-to-day) with Savant's Retail Team to grow our brand within specialty retail stores nationwide, including Magnolia. Strengthening, establishing and managing positive relationships with store managers, sales designers, and project managers is a critical aspect of this role.
•Passion for high-tech with specific desire to sell and support advanced home automation systems while representing a premium home solutions brand.
•3+ Years Experience in CE Sales with an emphasis on technical system design, including pre and post sales support.
•Must be capable of learning the sales and high-level technical aspects of Savant’s entire product line
•Assist the Savant Retail team in driving continued growth within Magnolia and other Specialty Retail stores across the country
•Perform sales and high-level technical trainings locally (at store) and sometimes regionally.
•Assist team in hitting/exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
•This role typically requires significant travel (average 3 weeks a month) visiting and training specialty retail stores in a given region as well as Savant corporate events.
•Assist Retail Team with strategic projects and additional channel development opportunities.
